Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from CarmicWorks online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
If multiple goods from the same order are delivered separately, the period begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last item.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

It is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the Goods
After informing us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please contact us before sending the goods so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be reimbursed.
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction and you will not incur fees as a result of the reimbursement.
